It’s mid January and here in the northern hemisphere the cold is biting, the sky is heavy with what may or may not be snow, and whether its raining or hailing or snowing or just plain cold, there’s the bliss of waking up in a cosy bed of quilts and soft toys and children to low hanging fog and frost like the most beautiful, delicate lace, dancing out over the trees and the buildings and everything inbetween.

A morning for staying snuggled under a stack of quilts and blankets, with books and knitting and peacefulness…
